From the perspective of the economic rationalist, employers were free to stop the employment relationship without external rules; the market was the special legitimate allocator of products and work. Meanwhile social justice concerned the whole society more than the individual alone. That governments or laws should keep the balance of the employment relationship between the employers and employees. When the summary dismissal occurred, there were implications for employees, management and the organizations.  And the employers should provide the evidence of the disconduct from the employees, for workers had their right to be free from unlawful discrimination. When there were grounds for either unfair or unlawful termination, the general outcome of the claim would award reinstatement, re-employment or monetary compensation for the workers.
